Baykal APHS-31160
Our Baykal CNC hydraulic press brake is rated for 176 tons of bending force with a 10-foot bed. Multi-axis CNC controls support repeatable setups; achievable angles and dimensions still depend on the part, material, tooling, and inspection plan.

What is the maximum bend length you can handle?
The Dener PUMA XL is listed with a 13.6-foot (4.1m) bed and 220-ton force rating. The shop also lists 10-foot and 4-foot press brakes. Usable bend length and force depend on the part, material, tooling, geometry, and operating limits, so capacity is confirmed from the drawing.
What tolerances can CNC bending achieve?
Bending tolerance depends on material grade and thickness, bend geometry, tooling, grain direction, and inspection method. Send the drawing and identify critical dimensions so achievable tolerances can be confirmed in the quoted scope.
Can you bend stainless steel and aluminum?
Common mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet grades can be reviewed. Alloy, temper, thickness, bend radius, tooling, grain direction, and springback are checked against the drawing.
What's the turnaround time for CNC bending?
Lead time is confirmed after the files, material, quantity, tooling, inspection needs, and current capacity are reviewed. Include the required date so standard or rush options can be evaluated.
Do you provide laser cutting with bending?
Yes. Laser cutting and CNC bending can be combined in one quoted fabrication workflow, subject to drawing, material, quantity, inspection, and schedule review.
What file formats do you need for bending quotes?
We prefer 3D files (STEP, SolidWorks, IGES) that show bend angles and dimensions. We also accept 2D drawings (DXF, DWG, PDF) with bend callouts. If you only have a flat pattern, let us know and we can help with DFM review.
