Why Procurement Managers Trust Us
We know what keeps you up at night. Here's how we solve the problems other shops create.
"My usual shop is backed up 6 weeks"
You need parts, not excuses about capacity.
Our reality: We have welding capacity available now. Most jobs ship in 1-2 weeks. Rush orders in 48-72 hours when you're in a bind.
"I send an RFQ and hear nothing for days"
Radio silence makes you look bad to your team.

"I need it right the first time"
Rework kills your schedule and your margin.
Our reality: Documented weld procedures on every job. First article inspection on production runs. We'd rather ask questions upfront than ship bad parts.
Welding FAQ
What welding certifications do you have?
We are Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certified. Our welders are qualified to weld structural and non-structural components according to CSA W47.1 and W59 standards. We maintain documented welding procedures and inspection protocols for all production work.
What welding processes do you offer?
We offer MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and spot welding. Our Miller Multimatic 255 handles MIG and TIG for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our Wel-O-Matic 75kVA spot welder is ideal for sheet metal assemblies requiring clean, consistent welds without filler material.
Can you weld aluminum?
Yes—we weld aluminum using both MIG and TIG processes. Our Miller Multimatic 255 is specifically designed for multi-process capability including aluminum. TIG welding produces the cleanest results on aluminum, while MIG is faster for production runs.
Do you provide weld inspection and documentation?
Yes. As a CWB certified shop, we maintain documented welding procedures (WPS) and inspection records. We can provide material certifications, welder qualifications, and inspection reports as required for your quality system.
What's the difference between structural and cosmetic welding?
Structural welding is designed to carry loads and must meet specific strength requirements per CWB standards. Cosmetic welding prioritizes appearance—smooth, consistent beads that look good after finishing. We handle both: structural components for automotive and equipment, plus cosmetic work for enclosures and visible assemblies.
Can you weld my laser-cut parts?
Absolutely—we laser cut and weld in-house, so your parts move seamlessly from cutting to welding without leaving our facility. This gives us full control over fit-up and quality. We can also weld parts you supply from other sources.
Need Assemblies Welded This Month?
Send us your drawings, STEP files, or even napkin sketches. You'll get itemized pricing within 24 hours—not a vague estimate, real numbers you can use. No minimums, no setup fees on repeat orders.
