CNC Press Brake Bending in Ontario
Precision metal forming with up to 220 tons of bending force. From simple brackets to complex multi-bend assemblies—accurate parts, consistent quality.
Is CNC Bending Right for Your Project?
CNC press brake forming transforms flat sheet metal into 3D parts. Here's who typically works with us and what makes bending the right choice.
Enclosure & Cabinet Manufacturers
You need boxes, channels, and complex formed parts with tight tolerances. Our multi-axis CNC brakes handle compound bends and maintain consistency across production runs.
- Complex multi-bend geometries
- Consistent repeatability
- Integrated with our laser cutting
OEM & Machine Builders
You're building equipment and need formed brackets, guards, and structural components. We handle everything from one-off prototypes to production quantities with full documentation.
- Custom fixtures for repeatability
- First article inspection
- ISO certified processes
HVAC & Construction
You need ductwork, panels, and formed components in volume. Our large-capacity press brakes handle long parts efficiently, and we can combine with our laser cutting for complete fabrication.
- Up to 13.6' bend length
- High-volume capability
- Galvanized and stainless
Press Brake Capacity
Three CNC hydraulic press brakes give us the flexibility to handle small precision parts and large structural components efficiently.
Baykal APHS-31160
Our Baykal CNC hydraulic press brake delivers 176 tons of bending force with a 10-foot bed—the workhorse of our bending department. Multi-axis CNC controls ensure consistent angles on every part, from prototypes to production runs.

Why Procurement Managers Trust Us
We know what keeps you up at night. Here's how we solve the problems other shops create.
"My usual shop is backed up 6 weeks"
You need parts, not excuses about capacity.
Our reality: We have press brake capacity available now. Most bending jobs ship in 1-2 weeks. Rush orders in 48-72 hours when you're in a bind.
"I send an RFQ and hear nothing for days"
Radio silence makes you look bad to your team.
Our reality: Quotes returned within 24 hours. Questions answered same-day. You'll always know where your job stands.
"Every new supplier is a risk to MY reputation"
If they screw up, you take the heat.
Our reality: ISO certified. CWB welding certified. 30+ years supplying Tier 1 automotive (Volvo, Magna, Martinrea). We've earned our trust—now let us earn yours.
"I need it right the first time"
Rework kills your schedule and your margin.
Our reality: DFM review on every job catches issues before bending. First article inspection on production runs. We'd rather ask questions upfront than ship bad parts.
CNC Bending FAQ
What is the maximum bend length you can handle?
Our largest press brake, the Dener PUMA XL, handles parts up to 13.6 feet (4.1m) in length with 220 tons of bending force. For shorter parts, we also have 10-foot and 4-foot capacity machines for optimal efficiency.
What tolerances can CNC bending achieve?
Our CNC press brakes hold angular tolerances of ±0.5° and dimensional tolerances of ±0.010" (0.25mm). For tighter requirements, we can often achieve ±0.25° with proper tooling and setup.
Can you bend stainless steel and aluminum?
Yes—we bend all common sheet metals including mild steel, stainless steel (304, 316), aluminum (6061, 5052), and galvanized steel. Our CNC controls compensate for material springback automatically.
What's the turnaround time for CNC bending?
Standard lead times are 1-2 weeks for most bending jobs. Rush service is available in 48-72 hours for urgent orders. Complex multi-bend parts may require additional programming time.
Do you provide laser cutting with bending?
Absolutely—most of our bending work starts with laser cutting on our Bodor 6kW fiber laser. We can handle your complete fabrication from flat blanks to finished formed parts, all under one roof.
What file formats do you need for bending quotes?
We prefer 3D files (STEP, SolidWorks, IGES) that show bend angles and dimensions. We also accept 2D drawings (DXF, DWG, PDF) with bend callouts. If you only have a flat pattern, let us know and we can help with DFM review.
Need Parts Bent This Month?
Send us your STEP files, flat patterns, or drawings. You'll get itemized pricing within 24 hours—not a vague estimate, real numbers you can use. No minimums, no setup fees on repeat orders.
Most jobs ship in 1-2 weeks. Need it faster? We do 48-72 hour rush.
